The key subject for economics is Maths. FM is expected for top end unis. Economics is not required, although it's nice to have.

I would not drop physics if you intend to keep your options open for other degrees in physics, engineering, healthcare, STEM, etc.

If you for any reason want to change your mind about economics and go for say law or management, then they're looking for well rounded applicants (they specify this in the entry requirements of the individual degree), and Maths + FM are too similar to be considered different subjects i.e. you would need maths, physics, and economics to put forward your applicant.

So yeah, your current subjects are fine for economics degrees at uni. Should you need to drop a subject later on, you would need to decide based on the above.

Have you looked at the 'entry requirements' on some different Uni websites for Economics courses ...?

I think this is a perfect A Level combination and I know of many people who have done those A Levels and gone on to do an Economics degree.
