I have been offered City Gateway for undergraduate accommodation - is this a Post Grad only accommodation?

City Gateway is available to all students; undergraduate and post-graduate. As part of our accommodation options, you can request for post-graduate-only flats, along with quiet flats, single-sex flats, and no-alcohol flats.
