help me with UK universities pharmacy application IB Subject advice

I am going to be dp2 from upcoming semester and before the start of new academic year I am considering switching Math AA Hl to AA SL as math was highly impacting my total point. my final predicted in dp 1 was 4

if i drop math to sl my subject will be like
HL: Bio, Chem, Business
SL: Math aa, spanish ab, english lang lit

but I realised a lot of student does bio chem math aa as hl subject
will i be less competitive candidate if i drop math to sl?
is it better to have math as hl and have less total point than high total point but with math sl?

To my knowledge, math AA HL will be preferred by some of the very top universities for pharmacology such as some of the London universities, however not taking math HL will not limit your possibilities of getting into pharmacology at other universities and if dropping it can help you increase your total points it would be beneficial for those unis.
