Coventry uni enrollment email

Hello, I have applied for Coventry uni but haven't received the enrollment email. I've emailed them but know they tend to not respond to emails. I sent my qualifications needed for my conditional offer in late June and assumed it was all sorted but now I think that they haven't even accepted me yet since on UCAS it still says they're considering my place. Anyone know what to do?

Hi there,
Coventry University Student Ambassador here,
I believe you would be able to get the best help in regards to this situation from the admissions team for which I can share some ways you could get in contact with them! If you could get in contact with them regarding your situation they would be able to clearly help and guide you with the information you need.

Contact number- +44 (0)24 7765 2222.

In regards to the enrolment link, I believe students usually receive it by now as this is the time they usually start sending it around!
I hope the information I shared with you would be of your help and you could get your situation sorted out with your applications soon!
All the best,
Kind regards,
Harleen.

I've sent an email, and they are yet to respond. I'm guessing they haven't seen my email of my results i sent in June either. I'll try call them tomorrow to get it sorted considering I've already booked accommodation with the student id i was given.
They’re beyond useless. I’ve given up today and cancelled my masters degree. Admissions were horrifically unhelpful and I couldn’t even understand the operator. What a pitiful excuse of a university. They honestly don’t know their arse from their elbow. Honestly, I am so glad I never studied my undergrad with them.

Hi Ewan!

Since it's been quite some time and your UCAS status hasn't changed, I'd recommend calling Coventry University's admissions office directly. Universities often have phone lines specifically for these types of urgent issues, and speaking with someone can often speed up the process compared to email. If that doesn’t work or you can't get through, you might want to check the Live chat system Here, or even visit the campus in person if feasible. Hopefully, this will help clear up the status of your application quickly!

You can get more contacts on their website - https://www.coventry.ac.uk/the-university/contact-coventry-university/

Hope this helps.

Thanks & Regards
