What do you intend to do with these A levels - if Uni, do you have any ideas about a likely degree subject?

Most Med courses will only specify two A level subjects and the 3rd can literally be anything, all they are interested in is the grade, so it makes sense to choose something you will enjoy studying and where you feel confident of a good grade.

In this case biology and chemistry are a must have in combination with. Your third choice can be for free, so take the subject you like the most. Unless you intend to specify your medicine studies in medical engineering, I would recommend you to take physics as third A levels then.
