Waiting for confirmation

Hi,
I have applied for Oxford brooks and I needed 88 tariff points however I only got 80 and a friend of mine who got the same was accepted but my offer says waiting for confirmation still. I have emailed them my results and as I’m currently on vacation I’m unable to call due to high phone charges. I don’t know what to do. It’s been a week.

Phone them - you cannot be certain they actually have your results.
