SOXTHFORM WAS SO FUN PMGGGGG
I saw this girl from my primary school that I haven’t seen for 5 years and she’s so cutesy and also so fun!!!! ALSO my best friend ended up coming to the same sixthform and I saw so many people I knew.
We aren’t doing any lessons today and tomorrow but we are starting on Friday so I’m gonna try and get some learning in before we start doing content.
The teachers gave us these BIG ahh folders for every subject and they were colour coded for whatever subject you do so I got pink blue and orange 😋🤞🏽 we also got day folders and were in assembly for most of the time. I know most the people from secondary but there are quite a few new people so I tried to get to know most of them so they don’t feel left out hehe.
GUYS I FEEL LIKE SUCH AN ADULTTT
but alas the stress also begins from day one, we are getting out predicted grades too (based on gcse for now) along with our lanyard so it’s a bit nerve rackinggg

Just had my first day of lesson and it was mostly introductions but we already got set work to do😭
I finished the pre reading set for physics during my free but I’m planning to get ahead in content over the weekend for mechanics so I’m gonna also do pre readings for the next 2 lessons in advance. This means I’ll be making notes on:
Vectors and scalars (already done)
Balanced forces
The principle of moments
Then once I finished pre reading notes for all three and the summary questions I’m going to watch videos on all three of these to fill in extra gaps so I fully understand these. Then I’m gonna do Seneca questions on them so when I get to lesson I’ll know everything that my teacher will teach like the back of my hand 😜 I’m planning to do this for every lesson I have so I’m constantly ahead of the game because as a wise man once said:
“This year if your not ahead your behind”
WHICH WILL BE MY MOTO FOR THIS YEAR 🤗🤗🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽
then after I finish all this physics business, btw did I mention how fat the revision guide I was given😭😭 man it’s so heavy to carry around along with my physics folder so I’m hoping my locker will be sorted soon (don’t want any of my stuff to get lost 😢)
Anyway after I finish taht I’m gonna do the other fat booklet my maths teacher gave me today again - to be ahead of the game. I’m planning to finish the whole thing by Monday even tho she said only do a few questions. But that’s because I’ve been really busy with work, obviously since subjects have started they started setting us a lot more work than we did at gcse😭
Right now I’m doing my pre reading on Moments for physics and yesterday i did balanced forces, it was a bit confusing at first but thankfully i got it now.
Sociology i finished my cornel notes for next lesson so I’m mainly focusing on doing my maths homework and my physics work for today!!
By the way oh em gee i found this cute little spot in the study area next to the big windows where i can see outside and it’s super peacefullll so I’ve now claimed it to be my designated study spot in my frees😈🙏🏽
I have my lanyard now but my head of year isn’t giving me my locker yet because she’s prioritising year 13s☹️☹️
