Not received my enrollment email from QMUL

I am a UK student about to start BA History at Queen Mary, University of London.

Some others on my course and in the university have received their enrollment emails and details, but I haven’t.
I had an email from the history course today saying to sign up to modules (which I can only do after I have enrolled) and that we should have received the enrollment details by now.

I will give them a call tomorrow afternoon if I haven’t received it, but is it normal to not have it yet?

hi, they only started sending enrolment emails from Monday, I personally got mine yesterday and I’m doing English. It’s still relatively early so maybe just wait a few more days? It is especially busy cos of results day etc
