Deferral
Would I get a deferral from Newcastle for circumstances regarding a terminally ill family member, only being given a few months to live. And I am needed to help my grandad with housework etc..

I sent a deferral request on Tuesday as the person on thr phone told me to, and I haven't heard anything back yet
