I have recently finished my GCSE
I got
Maths-8
Combined science-9,8
Religious Education-7
English lit-6
English lang-7
Business-6
Art-7

Would the GCSE ruin my chances of going to reputed university like Oxford or Cambridge if I want to do computer science or accounting degree

I don't think you're results will be an issue given the fact your lowest grade is the equivalent of a B+

Good point. A lot of successful Oxbridge applicants will have 10 or sometimes 11 GCSES. I’m also not sure how common Combined Science is.

I came to UK in year 10 so I didn't get into a school that had individual science

GCSEs aren't relevant until you've got your A levels and whole application pulled together. Then they have a very minor influence on the whole picture, except in those many cases where they aren't relevant, ie overseas applications where they aren't taken, or when applicants have come to the UK not not taken the full set, or where education has been disrupted, etc etc etc. Ignore your GCSEs, focus on your A levels, and explain your educational route and you'll be fine.

You did not say that ... your referee will need to explain this.
