Being qualified for both A-level biology and a-level BTEC applied science

Is it possible for me to do btec applied science a-level in sixth form and then also do self-study as a private candidate for a-level biology ? Is it possible to have those two qualification or if i do applied science will i be able to do biology after? I want to do bio but dont have the gcse grades for that so am forced to do applied science(btec) , would it be better if i picked a different subject as an alternative to applied science and dont do that and instead study bio and chem a-level as a private candidate and dont question if it is wise i know ill handle it. or if i did do btec applied science and say after year 13 take a gap year and do a-level chem and bio is that possible or will it say i cant do a private exam on those in question as i already did btec science. please answer and thank you (want to do medicine in future)

how long does it usually take to get an answer on this platform im impatient
BTEC Applied Science isn't an A-level, it's a BTEC.

If you want to do medicine you should be aiming to do A-levels including chemistry and a second science//maths subject (biology gives you the most options but only about 1/3 of medical schools require it). You can do any A-level for your third subject.

I don't think BTEC Applied Science would be a suitable qualification for applying to medicine and am uncertain if it would even be accepted by any medical schools.
