1. Is affordable housing “ council”?
2. What are the affordable housing schemes
3. Can you own your house 100% with a affordable housing scheme
4. Did the help to buy come under affordable housing?

Still don't understand, but unless you have the ISA it's rrelevant.

What I mean buy it is when you had the help to buy and you brought a house using it did that then come under the category of affordable housing? I’m not sure how I’m not making making sense from what I’m asking 😂

Got it and no, because Help to Buy could be used towards your first home in a private purchase, and not just what was available as affordable housing.

What is it that you want to do? Affordable housing is not council housing. It just means you don't pay full market price.

It is going to be difficult getting anything that is discounted to make it truely affordable. Some new builds have schemes that you can look into
