How much are the unlink bus tickets for students ? Is anyone a student here who uses them
I’m starting there next month, I believe it’s included in your rent for students?
Hi there!
The Unilink and Bluestar buses are free for students who are living in any University-owned Halls of Residence in Southampton. You will receive a virtual bus pass on the UniLink app when you move in, which allows for unlimited free use across the year.
For students who do not reside in halls of residence, the buses use a tap-on/tap-off system - tapping your contactless card when you get on and off calculates your fare based on how far you’ve travelled. It caps at £2 per journey.
