rent due on 7th

i have an accommodation i want to book but the rent of 1.8k is due onnthe 7th and my sfe doesnt drop until the 16th. what should i do?

phone the uni, if theres any issues with the timing of rent and sfe its up to them to solve i dont think it should affect you

What company have you booked accommodation with? I think if it’s private rented then it’s separate to the uni so I’m not sure what they will be able to do. I was looking at booking with hello student which was the same situation.

Hi @hannahlyeba

This happens to me every year. I'm in privately run halls. Take a screen shot of your SFE payment page and e-mail it to your halls main email. Different Uni's have different term times, and this kind of thing comes up every year. They are used to it.
