How to apply for Healthcare assistant jobs

Ive been trying to apply to become a healthcare assistant and it almost feels impossible! No replies and I don’t know whether I’m applying at the correct places? Anyone who has experience as a healthcare assistant, where did you apply through and how long did it take to get them job? Preferably no experience beforehand, I’m a third year biomedical science student if that helps

I think volunteering experience would help you to show them that you are actually interested in a position that involves caring

I’ve been a healthcare assistant for 3 years and honestly, agencies are crying out for help at the minute! Most care homes and agencies don’t require previous experience so I’d just have a look on indeed etc!
