issues with mmu enrolment

i received my offer letter 8 days ago, but when i try follow the enrolment steps for student ID and photo verification, it won't let me log in. I called the enrolment helpline 3 days ago and she said to try again in a couple days as i wasn't on the system or something, but it still isn't working and idrk what to do. I'm away for 4 days so should i just leave it until i get back or try and call them again before i leave?

I had the same issue and I just tried again the next day and it worked
