Is it possible to request a different accomodation?

I'm honestly extremely uncomfortable with the accomodation I've been offered- I know I don't have much of a choice, but my dorm has a capacity of 8-18 people, is the furthest away from campus and has a shared bathroom. Whilst the distance is more of an amnoyance than anything, I have autism and would likely struggle with more than 8 people along with having a bladder issue that makes a shared bathroom a massive inconvenience. Is requesting a transfer even a possibility?

More of a general response, but as someone with disabilities as you describe, they would be failing in their duties under the DDA to not consider your issues and make reasonable adjustments, surely? Definitely a case of "don't ask, don't get" too - a few phone calls and you could find they can help you out very easily.

If you still need a more suitable accommodation, I have a silver studio room at The Neighbourhood but need someone to takeover as I don't require it anymore, Would u be interested in taking over?
