Many Unis will not accept T-levels - they are vocational, work-orientated, qualifications designed for those who want to do apprenticeships and not University degrees. You need to check on a wide variety of Uni websites to check what their entry requirements are for the degree subject you want to do. Many will either not accept T-levels for academic degrees like Engineering or only with an additional A level, typically in Maths.`

Yes, you may be able to find a Uni that accepts just a T-level - but if you want to have the best chance of a good degree, you would be better taking 3 A levels including Maths. Alternatively, look at doing an apprenticeship rather than a degree - you'll earn while you learn and not have £50,000 worth of student debt :

Russell Group and other top Universities will not accept Tlevel. If you cannot do Alevels then pick BTEC national diploma, When you apply for universities there are ways to get lower entry requirement eg context, partner / summer school etc. Some universities also want 5 in GCSE Maths / English. Portsmouth, Swansea, Plymouth, Surrey, Sussex are ones that will accept Tlevel and BTEC.
