Jealousy in Uni/Long Distance Relationship
i (f17) am starting uni next year and am in a long-term relationship w my lovely lovely gf of 2 years, who will be going to a different uni. i trust her completely but am a very jealous person, even regarding friends and other groups, so was looking for advice on how to get over irrational jealousy in preparation for long-distance.
to be clear - i would never tell her i was feeling jealous to the point of discouraging her to hang out with any1 or spend time/talk with them, i just feel irrational jealousy and keep it to myself.

You just have to try to be philosophical and accept that someone is with you because they want to be and if that should change there’s usually nothing you can do about it. Also I am sure that the best way to hold on to an attractive partner is to be totally self confident and non possessive. You’re doing the right thing
