Accommodation in leamington spa

hi, I am looking for a flatmate to share a 5 bedroom house in south lem as one of our previous flatmates has dropped out. We are all 3rd year Maths and Statistics students but surprisingly we sometimes speak to people so we would love to find someone to fill the empty room. The rent is 105 a week and it is a 3 minute walk from the bus stop.
