Can i still get into a good med school with these GCSE grades?

Hello, so the GCSE results i got didn’t meet up to my expectations at all, although, i did get into my sixth form and will be studying biology, chemistry, and maths for a levels ! I was hoping for a few 9s but didn’t get any unfortunately. Anyways, these are my GCSE results:

Biology: 8
Chemistry: 7
Maths: 7
Physics: 6 (i was predicted a 9 🙁)
Art: 8
Business: 8
Geography: 7
English lit: 7
English lang: 6 (considering getting a clerical re-check as i was 2 marks off a 7. Remarks are too expensive 😭)
Spanish: 7

My APS (average point score) is 7.1

I’m quite disappointed with my grades but that is completely my fault for only starting revision during exam season. But i was wondering if i can still get into a good university like Cambridge, KCL/ UCL and ETC even though i didn’t get any 9s? Will i be okay if i get As/A*s in my a levels? I really want to be a doctor in the future and hope i haven’t ruined it for myself

You'll probably want to avoid the most GCSE heavy med schools, but those grades won't rule you out of all med schools.

A clerical check only checks that all questions were marked (including all pages of a longer question) and the marks were added up correctly. If you're considering that, you should get a copy of your paper asap then you can check that for yourself - there's no point putting it in for a clerical recheck just because you're 2 marks below, the chances of them finding anything is tiny unfortunately :frown:
