At what point do mood swings become considered concerning…
Hi There

We hear that you might be concerned about your own or someone else’s mood swings. Navigating mood swings can be really difficult without any support. Your GP might be able to offer some support around this so we encourage you to have a chat with them if you haven’t already.

There is also a really great guide to Mental Health on the CALM website. We think that it would be helpful for you to take a look through this resource as it gives a really good insight into what living with Mental Health is like and what really good support looks like.

You have done really well to use this space to be so honest. If you are feeling like suicide is an option then you can call Hopeline247 on 0800 068 4141 or Text us on 88247 to speak with a trained Suicide Prevention Adviser who will be more than happy to help đź’ź
