Hi There

We hear that you think that you are depressed. We encourage you to chat this through with your GP if you haven’t already. We understand that you already have Mental Health Support in place but it would be really great if you could see if your GP could support you any further.

If you take a look on the Hub of Hope website then you might be able to access some additional support to have alongside your current Mental Health support. You can access different support at the same time and it can be important that you do this especially if your current support is not enough for how you are feeling right now.

You have done really well to use this space to be so honest. If you are feeling like suicide is an option then you can call Hopeline247 on 0800 068 4141 or Text us on 88247 to speak with a trained Suicide Prevention Adviser who will be more than happy to help đź’ź
I would suggest you try moderate exercise. Many people report that it definitely helps their state of mind.

I suggest you try medical cannabis treatments. In my case, I started the treatment a week ago, and I’m already noticing changes. It has slightly reduced my anxiety and depression symptoms, and I hope it will continue to have an even better effect.
If anyone from the UK reads this and is interested, I used the anxiety medical cannabis treatment from Releaf, where everything is done online, and they deliver directly to your home.
