Hello! 🙂
Firstly, I'd like to reassure you you're not the only one who feels undecided about university course choices at this stage, so please try not to stress about it too much!
The best way to find out what courses you'd like is to have a look at the university websites and see if you like the modules. Maybe make a list of all the courses you do like and make note of that university.

Course Search | University of East Anglia (uea.ac.uk)
Here is a link to all the courses offered here at UEA to give you an idea of the different degrees there are and all their modules. I'd recommend using the 'Department' filter to see the courses available for the fields you're interested in.

Then, I'd recommend going to open days, if you haven't already. This gives you the opportunity to talk to the lecturers that will teach you and you'll also get a more detailed sense of the course.
For example, here is a link to the UEA open day;
Open Days 2024 - University of East Anglia (uea.ac.uk)

You've mentioned you'd like to go into science/healthcare or social sciences/law. I'd recommend asking yourself what your strengths are? Are you better at expressing yourself through writing or do you prefer to think more logically and mathematically? Generally, we enjoy the things we are good at so this may give you an idea of which course to pursue.

If you are very undecided or you like the two fields, you can pursue a career with a combination of the two. There are interdisciplinary jobs out there such as lawyers, solicitors or barristers in health organisations.

I hope this gives you somewhere to help you start thinking about what course you'd like to do! If you have any questions or would like to discuss anything more specific please don't hesitate to ask!

Choose the course which has the highest demand.

I live in a city where healthcare careers are in demand but law careers are not. Even though I was interested in law, there are barely any law offices near me and people I know that did law courses are currently working at call centres. So I chose a healthcare course. This means I don’t have to compete or stress when it comes to finding work after my degree.
