School and mental health

I had really bad mental health during gcses, and the pressure of exams made it worse, do you think a-levels will make things worse for me, cause if i slack cause i'm not feeling okay, i feel like i'll just fail

A levels are more complex and require a lot of studying so if the gcses affected your mental health then A levels will probably too, if you are committed to completing A levels than you can always take a gap year and spend the time improving your mental health and then come back to the a levels as you can do them at any age and don’t need to rush as working on yourself firstly is much more important

Taking a gap year will be hard for me cause then i won't have a routine and that's when it's hard to cope, i don't know i'm just really scared for a-levels and after gcse results day i kinda just lost all confidence of myself and i just don't believe i can do it
