what is UCAS
UCAS is a uni application service - mostly for undergrad degrees.

Yes, presuming you're referring to your GCSEs. They would be asking for your NVQ Level 3 e.g. A Levels, BTECs, IB, Access, etc.

This will depend on the entry requirements of the individual degree - no one can say for definite for all degrees at all unis.

BTECs are equivalent to GCSEs and A Levels depending on the specific qualification. See:
https://www.makeyourmark.mdx.ac.uk/your-future/what-are-btec

Typical entry requirements for a standard undergrad degree is a pass at NVQ Level 2 in English and Maths (e.g. GCSE grades 4+) and 3 A Levels. You will get some cases where you are required English or Maths at Level 2 and 2 A Levels or equivalent, but these are for specific courses at specific unis.

A Level 2 business extended certificate is the equivalent of 2 GCSEs at Level 2. So unless you're short on GCSEs above Grade 4 to meet entry requirements, I don't think this will matter that much.
A Level 3 national diploma (as opposed to extended diploma) is equivalent to 2 A Levels.

So yes, you can go to uni, but it would be limited to a handful of unis and for a handful of courses. I would recommend doing an extra A Level on top of your BTEC to widen your options.
