I am so confused I am desperately needing help. I want to lose weight fast and I have no idea what my caloric needs are? I have tried many of the free online valuations but I keep getting different results and it’s so confusing.
I am 154cm and 61kg (very overweight) and am aiming to become 45kg (I’m not sure if this should be my goal weight so please help me!) as I have mainly fat and little muscle.
