How many calories am I meant to eat? I am

I am so confused I am desperately needing help. I want to lose weight fast and I have no idea what my caloric needs are? I have tried many of the free online valuations but I keep getting different results and it’s so confusing.

I am 154cm and 61kg (very overweight) and am aiming to become 45kg (I’m not sure if this should be my goal weight so please help me!) as I have mainly fat and little muscle.
Please help me I have no idea what my calorie needs are. I am a female, 18 years old, 61kg and 154 cm. Please tell me my calorie needs based on no exercise a day and else tell me how many cals I should aim to eat in rider to lose weight! Thank you!!!!!

Hiya. I just wanted to firstly say that I don't really think that 61kg is very overweight for your height. However if you do really want to lose weight I'd focus less on restricting food as that can lead to eating disorders. Instead of restricting calories, count them and then through exercise burn off more than you took in.
Your current bmi is 25.7 (slightly overweight) and bmi at 45kg would be 19 (healthy weight) so that seems like a reasonable goal. Probably aim for around 1500 calories a day and at least 10,000 steps a day. That’s what I do to maintain a weight of 43kg at 152cm.
