Do I stand a chance at Cambridge medicine?

I just received my GCSE results and I got 99998887666 which to Cambridge standards aren't particularly that good. I am getting a few papers remarked so best case scenario I get 9999998876.
Cambridge have said that they're putting a stop to using the Bmat and will use ucat so if I'm able to reach the top percentile in UCAT and also get all A*s at A levels will I still have the chance at getting in or should I consider other unis?

Cambridge does not score GCSE though they look at it.

Most important thing for you right now is to get good predicted grades in Yr12, as long you clear A*A*A baseline end of yr12, you need to follow up with and by strong UCAT results. Pointless to discuss hypothetical scores now, it's too early for that.

Oxbridge is great but med schools are all the same, difficult to get in.
