im in UAL havent recieved my enrollment email yet

i feel like im behind because i was supposed to recieve an email since monday 19 aug to enroll into my university (UAL)
they didnt mention to wait if it has not arrived in inbox but im just wondering if anyone else is in the same situation or if its normal, i cant call on the weekends but ill call on monday asap abt it just wondering

Did they say you would receive an enrollment email on Monday 19th August, or were they more vague than than that? Perhaps they said "...shortly after results day", for example?
Have you checked your junk folder to ensure it hasn't ended-up there?
Have you ensured that UCAS (and therefore UAL) have your personal email address, and not the one you used at school or college (which might have been disabled now that you've left).

this is what they put in the email when i received my offer in my own email not from my previous school one, I have my new email for UAL and my personal connected

"There’s nothing further we need from you at the moment. We’ll be back in touch when enrolment opens from Monday 19 August 2024, but you may not be invited to enrol straight away. Not everyone will receive enrolment instructions on the same day – so keep checking your inbox."
