I can’t really speak much as idk if my school will allow me to do bio and chem for a levels but for lost med courses you need to do bio to chem if not both you could do psych and then do postgrad medicine by using your degree to apply but it’s highly competitive and you have to get at least a 2:1 grade which is about a 70% average.

What do you mean by 'a medical path'?

Medicine or Dentistry - definitely not.
Nursing etc - possibly, check the entry requirements.
Psychology - yes, at most Unis.

Or there are Science Foundation style courses at some Unis specifically for those with high grade expectations but in the 'wrong' A level subjects - examples :
Science Foundation Year | University of Southampton
Studies in Science with Foundation Year BSc | University of Leeds

BUT - why are you not choosing science A levels now?
Is it because you don't like science or because you struggle with science?
And therefore, why do you think doing a science degree is a good idea?

I think for most unis they typically ask for Chemistry plus one other science subject. Others will ask for Biology plus another science and some will need both. If you wabted to go down this route it might be worth asking your college / sixth form if it is possible to change and then keep just one of these original options? In my sixth form, students were able to change any of their subjects during the first week or so of Year 12. Hope this is helpful xx
