Royal holloway - can't pay tuition fee as it showed the tuition fee is 0

Trying to pay tuition fee but in campus connect it showed the tuition fee is 0 and did not show how much i should pay . Anyone have the same problem?

I’d probably contact student fees/collections rather than admissions. But it may just be that an invoice hasn’t been raised yet as you haven’t enrolled.
