Hi Josh,

Is this for the 2024/25 academic year? Did you apply for the Maintenance Loan? Before you changed your course had you been awarded the Maintenance Loan for the old course? Have you applied as a UK national, Migrant Worker or EU national?

This is for the 2024/2025 academic year, i did apply for maintenance loan for my current course. I did not apply for one on my old course. I am a UK national. They yet to say they have decline my loan so it might get a letter in the next couple of weeks.

Hi so i completed the
,Maintenance Loan Request form
Applying for Student Finance Based on your Household Income form
Financial Circumstances form (PFF2)

They were all under the Apply for a Maintenance Loan that's based on your household income

They were called

Maintenance Loan Request form (PDF)
Applying for Student Finance Based on your Household Income form (PDF)
Assessment of Financial Circumstances form (PFF2)

Hi Josh,

That is the correct forms to apply for the higher rate of Maintenance Loan. It is taking approximately 30 working days to process these forms and then you would get an update on your online account.
