Gcse grades for university

I got these in my Gcses:

Maths 6
Geography 6
Science 7-7
Sociology 5
English lit 4
English lang 5
Business 6
Spanish 3

Can i still get into a prestigious university with these grades and do gcses matter for university im hoping to go to a top 15 university such as Birmingham im doing Maths physics and business for my A levels and hoping to do engineering for university

Unless you're looking to do medicine, dentistry, veterinary, computer science maybe, your GCSE's do not literally matter. If they do, the most they will ask for is A's (7's and above) in sciences, B's (6's and above) English language and Maths. Some exceptions may be OXBRIDGE courses.

If you are still unsure you can literally go on UCAS (you dont need to sign up) and search for uni entry requirements or just use their website to find out what they require but literally most uni even Russel group dont care too much about GCSE literally what matters is your A levels. But like I said you can do your individual research.
