So I got an offer from UCL back in February, conditional AAA for Politics and International Relations. I obtained the grades without any issue, but on August 15th my university coordinator mentioned that UCL needed me to make them their "unconditional firm" choice. I went back and checked and realised I needed to send them a proof of English proficiency. I uploaded a transcript of all my results and my certification of my IGCSE results to their Portico application. I did that on Friday the 16th and I'm increasingly concerned by the fact I haven't received any sort of reply from them. I tried their admissions enquiry telephone line, only for it to tell me that the number is either unavailable or busy (I called on Wednesday), then I sent them an email via their enquiry form on their admissions enquiry page. The automated response told me they would try to respond within 10 working days, but the deadline for submitting documents is August 31st which makes me think that if anything is wrong they might not reply in time meaning I may be denied because I won't be able to upload the good version of the documents.
Is anyone else in this position or something similar? Can anyone direct me to someone that can help? To anyone at UCL out there reading this is there anyone at your institution I can contact who will be able to respond in a relatively quick and short time frame?
Thank you veery much guys for your time in reading and possibly replying. I'm sorry if I sound a bit overly dramatic or flustered in any way, I tried my best not to come off like that but I'm just really nervous about this whole situation.
