Do I have a chance to study Medicine in a Russel Group Uni

These are my GCSEs grade:

Urdu: 8
Science: 77
Maths: 7
Italian: 7
RE: 7
Geography: 6
French: 6
Business: 6
English Literature: 6
English Language: 5

I'm resitting eng lang in November so hopefully end with a 7 at least. My dream unis are Queens Mary, UCL, Imperial and King's College.
Please let me know if I can get it.

I'll be honest GCSE's aren't that important to Unis they focus mainly on A-levels so don't get too hooked on your grades they're generally useful for only getting into good sixth forms or so

i think your GCSES are average as I think med students have a lot more 8s and 9s

also a lot of students who get 6s or 7s are likely to underperform in a levels

just try your best
unis dont matter with medicine

That is true but as long as you do great on your A levels they won't look too in-depth on your GCSE results unless if they're really trying to pick between two students and it comes to GCSE results. The requirements such unis have for GCSE results are around grade 6. Just work really hard in A level!

You could get in however GCSEs are important for medicine if you don’t meet the GCSEs requirements they will reject as simple as. Kcl is very strict on GCSEs as they score them idk how exactly thou.
