"We consider the National Extended Diploma in Applied Science with grades DDD for entry when it is taken with one science A-level with grade A."

https://www.kcl.ac.uk/study/undergraduate/courses/biomedical-science-bsc
"BTEC/CTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma with overall grade DDM and two A levels at AA. OR BTEC/CTEC Level 3 Diploma (120 credits) with overall grade DM and two A levels at AA. OR BTEC Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma/Extended Certificate or CTEC Level 3 Introductory Diploma/Extended Certificate with overall grade D and two A levels at grades AA.
Must include grade A at A-level in Biology and Chemistry.
Please note that A-level General Studies, Critical Thinking, Thinking Skills and Global Perspectives are not accepted by King's as one of your A levels.
Notes: If the same subject is studied at both A Level and BTEC they will not be considered as two separate qualifications. For example, BTEC Applied Chemistry and Chemistry A level will not be counted as two separate subjects, a further two A Levels/BTEC subjects would be required."

"BSc: BTEC extended diploma entry requirements: DDM plus A/B in A-level biology or chemistry. The preferred BTEC qualification subject is Applied Science (other subjects may be accepted).
BTEC diploma entry requirements: DD plus A/B in A-level biology or chemistry. The preferred BTEC qualification subject is Applied Science (other subjects may be accepted).

"DDD in Applied Science (Basic, Biomedical Science, or Analytical & Forensic Science* streams only), or Health and Social Care**"

"DDD in the BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma (RQF).
We are able to consider the above qualifications in Applied Science. It is important that you are covering enough of our essential optional units to make sure that you have sufficient Biology and Chemistry preparation for our course. You will need to have studied a minimum of one Chemistry unit (from units 14, 18 or 19) and one Biology unit (from units 8, 9, 10, 11 or 12). We prefer applicants to be studying more than one unit of each; however, we do consider on a case-by case basis.
You must also have achieved a grade 6 or B in GCSE Mathematics."

"D in the BTEC Extended Certificate plus AA in A Level Chemistry or Biology and one further science subject We do not accept the BTEC National Diploma/ BTEC National Extended Diploma without two AA grades in A Level Chemistry or Biology and one further science subject,
RQF BTEC
We are committed to ensuring that all learners with the potential to succeed, regardless of their background, are encouraged to apply to study with us. The additional information gained through contextual data allows us to recognise a learner’s potential to succeed in the context of their background and experience. Applicants who are highlighted in this way will be made an offer which is lower than the typical offer for that programme.
Additional information
Acceptable science subjects are Chemistry, Human Biology, Biology, Maths, Physics, Psychology, Environmental Studies, Geography and Geology. Where this offer is satisfied by including grades achieved in either Biology, Chemistry or Physics, a Pass in the practical science assessment is additionally required. Offers typically exclude General Studies and Critical Thinking."

"DDD in Applied Science BTEC National Level 3 Extended Diploma, with Distinctions in five required Chemistry units"

The above is only for Biomedical Sciences. You can look up the entry requirements for other courses yourself. However, it should provide enough evidence for doing the BTEC so long you have other A Levels to supplement it.

Also, I don't know how you define "good university". You might also want to clarify which specific course that you intend to do.
