Is it still possible to go to freshers week when your on foundation year?

Yes, you're still a student at the uni in your first year at the uni.

I mean technically any student at the uni can participate in freshers activities and often second or third years may also do so...

Yes of course! I went briefly during my foundation year (although freshers was really minimal that year bc of covid), but it was fine to go. In fact you can go in all the years you're uni (mine called it re-freshers or something like that :lol:
