Career in law

I achieved the a level grade ABC and was wondering whether this would stop me from securing a training contract at a magic circle law firm or another top law firm in the uk. Due to issues in my personal life I was able to get a contextual offer for history from top RG uni. I would like to do a law conversion course after my degree. I’m wondering if I gain as much law work experience as possible and gain top marks at uni and leave with a 1st would this make it possible for me to get a training contract at a MC law firm or any other top law firm. I know that firms like CMS and Clifford Chance no longer have minimum a level requirements however I am still worried that my a level grades might prevent me from progressing far in a career like law.
Please see my reply to the other thread which you posted asking the same question. I gather that TSR glitches sometimes lead people to post the same thing (or much the same thing) twice. I sometimes wonder if TSR bought its platform software from some bloke in a pub.
