The kitchens are typically equipped with electric hobs and ovens. The hobs (dependent on your specific accommodation) tend to be induction but this will be worth checking in your accommodation offer to be on the safe side! 🙂 The hobs and ovens are very user-friendly and designed to accommodate multiple students cooking at the same time!
You will also find other standard kitchen appliances such as microwaves, kettles and toasters. Again, it is worth double checking what your specific accommodation provides!

They are usually electric or induction, some halls specify buying induction pans. If you look at the page for your hall info it should say whether you need to buy induction pans or not. Do you know what hall you are in yet? If you can’t find the information about your hall or any halls I am happy to provide links
I am pretty sure all the halls have electric hobs but a few are electric induction which means certain pans won’t work.Quick Reply
