Hi! I have a en-suite with a shared kitchen and living room area (between 3-5 other people) I bought it for 310pw but can do 260pw as I need it gone. The tenancy would start ideally from the 28th of septemeber (but is available now if necessary) until 12th July. The post code is HA9 0BU.
