HELP! UAL Clearing Application: Documents Upload

Hi everyone,
I applied to UAL through UCAS Clearing and was asked to upload my passport, English language certificate, and qualifications documents on the UAL portal.
However, I didn’t receive any email or offer requesting these documents beforehand. Currently, the decision and response sections remain blank, and only the conditions section is showing as N/A.
Does this mean I might receive an offer, or is this just part of the standard verification process? I uploaded these documents a week ago but haven’t heard back yet. How long did it take to get a response after uploading documents?
I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone who's been in a similar situation. Thanks!

Hello! I also applied through clearing!
It took about a week to hear back after submitting my documents but I did receive an email asking for them. You can always email them to follow up or ask IT services!

I applied for BSc Fashion Management.
Did you receive your offer after submitting all your documents? I’m a bit worried that I might not receive an offer and that the request for documents is just part of the standard verification process.

I got an email offering me a place and then was asked to submit the documents a couple of days later. But did you also apply through the UAL portal too?

What course are you taking?
I applied through UCAS Clearing and found out that I needed to upload documents when I logged into the UAL portal. I haven’t received any email or an official offer yet, though. Hopefully, it’s just a matter of time!

Also, I applied through the UAL website (at the bottom of your course description there should be an option to apply through clearing) and UCAS clearing so maybe try and also submit an application on the UAL website.

Thanks for your help! I’ll check the UAL website to see if I can still submit an application there as well.
