I think about sex from time to time. I can't fully climax as I'm not on period but I do get aroused. If I think about sex terms does that mean I'm horny?

I'm a late bloomer. Never had a period and 24. Seeing a gynecologist for it

That's interesting but afaik it's not a causal reason for not climaxing. Girls can orgasm well before they start having periods.

Has your gynecologist come up with anything yet?
