Hk student applying for ucas soon (vetmed)

Hello everyone! I am going to apply for ucas soon and really want to get in vetmed programs, but i noticed that many examples of successful applicants have many diverse work experiences(from clinics to stables and farms), but so far I only little experiences with small animals like rabbits, dogs and cats. I am worried if my limited range of experiences would cause me a great disadvantage, may i ask how can i secure my shot at getting in a program against these strong competitors?

P.S. if u r from hk, do u hv any tips on how to find clinical experiences or experiences with large animals/ farm animals? I’ve only been rejected and ignored so far T-T

Thank you so much!

hi! i’m a hongkong student applying into vetmed this year as well, i expect you’ve already made your application cuz it’s the 15th october today ahahah, i personally think they value quality over quantity as long as you learnt something from your experience and able to show you enthusiasm.
