Hi i have been waiting emailing and calling student finance about my application to make changes my sister got a response but i am still waiting and have had no response does anyone have any idea how to help

I have not got any confrontation about if i have been accepted for a loan as it really late should i not worry?

I applied in april and on my account it says i have completed everything but i have had no response and i wanted to change my uni so i called the number and the robot said to go on the account but its not letting me make any changes and says to wait i am nervous as i start in a month

Hi there,

When was the last time you sent us evidence? If it is not allowing you to change your university on your online account then does it direct you to a Change of Circumstances form?
