Hi, I got accepted to woodhouse but I have a feeling it’s because I’m doing less popular a levels. My gcse grades were 9999976554 but I’m doing Spanish, French, English lit and sociology a level. Lmk if u found out u got accepted, but it could be because you’re doing more competitive a levels so there is less space ?

yh in the form, if u get in u could prob just ask them to change it, also btw apparently the comp sci teachers at woodhouse are quite bad so and the A lvl grades in comp sci r quite bad compared to other subjects so proceed at ur own risk

Hey, I’m going to Woodhouse and I’m doing Spanish, French, English lit and sociology. I’ve started the bridging work for all of them, I’ve only just finished french and Spanish. Before the first day on Friday I need to do the rest of the work because on the website they said they will be checking this work In lessons and there will be class discussions on it. I recommend starting the work now as you want to make a good first impression on your teachers

Yeah true. You probably don't need to submit them in tomorrow as we'll be in tutor time for the whole day

Do we have to bring in the bridging work tomorrow? I don’t know if I should put it in my bag or if it’s unnecessary and Woodhouse haven’t specified if we should bring or not

don't stress it - some subjects will be lenient with the dates where its due in, others won't, but you at least have the weekend and probably monday to do it as well - lessons won't start until tuesday for you guys I think
