Which universities do I stand a chance for applying?

I want to do a bachelor of science degree of economics at one of these universities:
1. UCL
2. Warwick
3. Kings
4. Leeds
5. Bristol
6. LSE
7. Bath
8. Nottingham

My gcses were: 98887776
9,8 in combined science
8 in eng lang and geography
7 in maths, lit and comp Sci
6 in Spanish

I'm going into y12 next year and I'm going to do maths, psychology and economics.
I'm planning on taking a gap year after to earn money and take further maths alevel.
Will my gcses bring me down alot when applying to competitive universities like LSE, UCL, Warwick, Bath and King's?
You would need to check each university's entrance requirement's but I suspect most if not all will accept your GCSE's.

Generally most look at English Language and Maths and you have outstanding grades in both.

LSE tends to be very difficult to get into. Economics is their flagship course and many more times get rejected than are accepted. Nearly 2/3 of their intake is from India and China so the chance of getting rejected is higher than being accepted. Similarly this applies to UCL as well.

Maybe you need to ensure you apply to only 1 or 2 risky London universities although Warwick is also difficult to get into for Economics.

I suspect you would have a good chance of getting offers from Bath, Leeds and Nottingham but I would also look at 1 insurance university as well.
