Valentine Court accommodation

Can anybody stay in this accommodation or is it just medical and health care students. How far is it off campus, what's the vipe because of this? It's cheaper so I'm keen ;-)))

i lived in valentine court in 2022 - anyone can stay in this accom even though there are a lot of healthcare students ! its about a 15 minute walk from campus, but its right next to farmfoods, morrisons and a retail park so you don't have to go far for necessities. the flats are in a house ish style instead of all the rooms being on one floor so there are 2 rooms on each floor. i personally really loved my room and the layout of the flat in general. there are courtyards outside the front of the flats (they're separated into blocks of about 7 flats each) so it can be a bit noisy sometimes if there are people outside (in my experience this was only really for the first few weeks while people were still getting to know others). my friends stayed in different accom which i was able to spend time in and i preferred valentine court over theirs, but thats my personal preference

Okayykayy thank you for such a detailed and very helpful description. And for getting me nearer to making a choice. I like using my bike so the distance doesn’t put me off. Knowing it’s near the shops is 👍too.

Hi again, I am correct in thinking that this accommodation comes with a washing machine in each flat, rather than in a separate block
