Tenancy takeovers. There will be people who are wanting to get out of an existing contract who will be looking for people like you to take them over.

I'm currently looking for a girl tenant for a tenancy takeover for a house on Helmsley Road, Sandyford, Newcastle upon Tyne. Its a four bedroom - all girls house with 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a living room.

Hey! I have an accommodation that starts in September2025 till July 2026 and I’m trying to give it away. It’s an en suite, own bathroom and a lot of people recommend the place it’s just due to personal reasons that I can no longer take it. I’m trying to find a replace ent person for the accommodation and if you’re interested I can give you more information about it! ☺️
