Pregnancy and university

I've applied and been accepted to the university of lincoln and I'm starting in September. However a week ago I had a positive pregnancy test. Me and my partner are considering terminating the pregnancy however we don't really want to- we feel it's our only option due to the amount of time we'll have, him working full time while I work and am a full time student, and the costs of a baby. I was just wondering if anyone could give advice, or any information about what support is/could be available.
Contact U of Lincoln's student affairs office right away and tell them your case. Please, don't give up. 💪🤞

You should definetly contact Uni of Lincoln as they may be able to provide you with a bursary or a means tested grant. You mention you dont want to terminate the pregnance, and you shouldnt have to just because of financial straints. There is loads of support at the uni, including the SU which have appointments where you can speak to someone about your situation and they can help and signpost you to the relavent help. its important to stay positive in these situations and dont give up. you have this.
