Dentistry - year out/resit, what do I do?

I’ve gotten my A level results back, and I got AAB in chemistry biology and psychology, the B being in psychology. I was 3 marks off an A in psychology and so I’m getting a remark however I personally am not hopeful.
When applying for unis I was successful in getting an offer in Liverpool which is where I wanted to go so I was very happy.
However since I didn’t get the grades, I will have to resit but I’ve seen Liverpool don’t accept resits when it comes to a levels. Does this mean regardless of me getting an offer last year that I will no longer be able to apply to Liverpool due to their no resit rule?

Hey there, Liverpool do seem quite strict with resits, in fact they don't even accept students who've taken longer than 2 years to sit their A levels. U can get into other unis for dentistry as a resit, but if ur very keen on going Liverpool for whatever reason, then u should consider the longer route of applying as a postgraduate after completing a different degree.
